Litigation takes time and costs money. But there is no need to learn that lesson the hard way! So, on the  very first day we meet, we will take a view on the likely outcome of what you are considering. If I don`t think you have a chance, I will tell you. If I Think the chances are even, I will tell you that as well, no punches pulled. You will know where you stand.

So, I shall need to know the answers to questions about what happened, whom it happened to, where and when, what the consequences were, what if anything was decided, or admitted, confirmed, or left unresolved.

In any legal action there are always consequences for both parties, and however angry or aggrieved you feel, my job is to help you look before you leap

Sometimes it is just as important NOT to sue someone, or possibly persuade them NOT to sue you. If settling is the best course, I will advise on that as well. But if Court action is required, then I`ll advise on the entire process.
